Kate syntax highlighting - New fedora install

I think there might be a misunderstanding.

The highlighting is there by default, these messages are only a hint that if you want more features via the LSP protocol, you can install these extra tools.

If you don't want/need that, you can even just disable the LSP plugin in the settings and these messages will never show up again.
