Hi,

the collections happens inside kate/addons/project/kateprojectworker.cpp

I am not sure how to add that best.
To make that greyed out will require to invent an additional role and
one will need to think what that implies e.g. for the search plugin that
queries all project files. Shall they be omitted there? I would assume 
so.
