Moved from 17.12.3 to 19.12.3, and now my highligthing doesn't work anymore

Thanks for the help.
Now it works. Great, now I can use 19.x.x :-) without a limitation.
May the Kate documentation should be updated with this information.
Or is there somewhere a more accurate webpage of this docu existing?
