KTextEditor licensing

Hi,

I would like to get the KTextEditor licensing consistent.

> 80% of the code is LGPLv2+.

Would you be ok to change the parts that remain from your contributions
there to the same license? We face the challenge that fix v2 or v3 
licensing
will get us incompatible with other libraries.

Please just reply to all here, then we have that archived.
