KTextEditor licensing

Dear Paul.

would you be ok to re-license your contributions to KTextEditor as 
LGPLv2+?

locked into situations to be incompatible with other things due to the 
restriction
to v2 or v3.

At the moment we face the issues that the v2 or v3 only files will make 
us incompatible
with other library licenses...
