KDE Kate Syntax Highlighting on Windows

Dear Sirs,

I have written a small syntax highlighting file *xml on an unix machine.
But now I have to switch to my personal WIN7 computer.
I want to improve / extend or test my highlighting file. But I cant import
this file to kate 17.08.1.

What I have to do to find this file between all the other highlighting
files, just like on UNIX?
