Mouse wheel should be able to scroll relative text lines

Hello dev team, I noted mouse wheel scrolls only absolute text lines. It's possible scroll relative lines with Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down. But it would be very convenient to choose whether the mouse wheel should scroll absolute or relative text lines.
Could you implement that possibility to choose?
