KTextEditor Framework 5.39

Dear packagers,

in a recent transition from Qt Script to Qt QML in the KTextEditor
framework, we unfortunately overlooked a bug that breaks indentation
of some languages (e.g. Python). This affects applications such as
Kate or KDevelop.

A fix is ready, so please cherry-pick this git commit:

Affected versions:
- KTextEditor Framework v5.38
- KTextEditor Framework v5.39

This is fixed in the master branch, so 5.40 is ok as is.
