[Kwintv] KDETV don't work in KDE 3.5?

Xserver is at a very low level when it comes to display and basic input
devices.  I'd think one of the last scenarios they would ever test is if we
deinstall will it still work with all the old code.  I'm glad its working
even if its repair was a mystery.
