[Kwintv] kdetv doesnt recognize my card

it seems no recognition by missing V4L or V4L2 modules.
Kdetv needs one of them, libzvbi also for Videotextplugin enabled.

The V4L drivers should installed an loaded in "X11Conf, or XF86Config-4"
