[Kwintv] DVB support

Hi list,

as I read in the archives people are worrying about dvb support. Well,
there is a some kind of hackish but working way to use kdetv to watch
dvb. I started vdr in a console, started kdetv and pointed it to the v4l
interface provided in /dev. I was able to watch dvb and controlled it
with the vdr console :D
I guess the most usefull way would be to write a plugin for vdr that is
able to work/communicate with a plugin of kdetv. I don't see any point
on rewriting things that already work.
Next to that there is a programm called kvdr which should be able to
provide dvb in kde, but: I never got it working.
