Too unclear. XVIDEO plugin provides it, V4L plugin does not. V4L plugin file 
is plugins/video/v4l/qtvision_v4l.cpp. Read the XawTV/motv sources for the 
IOCTL values to pass, and add these to the v4l plugin.
