Well, my 7% is not bad. It's only with bigger size, like fullscreen 1280x1024,
that it's too high IMO (30%). But I'm sure drivers will improve (esp. if we
gliz'ing our desktop :-)). Which reminds me running X in 24 bit mode ... hmm
with 16 bits it's around 12% in windowed and 17% in fullscreen, strange..

Must be, I was just looking for a size with lowest CPU load. Seem nvidia does this
on the host CPU. Resizing to 100% (PAL in my case) makes indeed not much sense
for a TV app...other than CPU usage of course.

Ok thanks, I keep an eye on this. Btw, I though the ATI 3D drivers were closed
source too.
