[Kwintv] Using KdeTV without a mouse

The only keypress events that are filtered out (kdetvview.cpp) are the number 
and Enter keys. The cursor keys are not filtered, the standart KDE action 
mechanism is used for them (Configure Keys). But I can't tell why the ESC key 
does not work.
