[Kwintv] New CVS snapshot, preparing 0.8.2

Hello list,

I just uploaded a new kdetv snapshot. It contains three deinterlacers I ported 
from DScaler (Greedy, Greedy2Frame, TomsMoComp) and two simple deinterlacers 
from xawtv.

Note: DScaler deinterlacing only works when you use the v4l plugin with the 
XVIDEO display mode (deinterlacers expect YUV2 image data).

I also added kdetv to the kdeextragear website, where you can see dates for 
feature freeze, i18n freeze and a planned release date for 0.8.2.

What needs to be done before the next major release 0.9.0?

- I want a handbook (it should be at least the kdetv FAQ with some eye candy)
- Make overscan faster (currently introduces an unnecessary memcpy of the 
whole image)
- A dialog that displays the image filter chain status (working, if not, why)
- Image format conversion RGB->YUV to make USB TV cards really work
- Optimized memcpy routines if mmx/3dnow/sse is available. Does someone have 
one of those (license must be LGPL)?
