[Kwintv] top/bottom stripes in fullscreen mode

They are not the kicker and taskbar. I dont have a full screen wide panel on 
the top of the screen, but still I have that bar there.
I think it is more probably some decorations of the main window. I hope they 
can be turned off by some means, but I'm not too good with Qt.
