[Kwintv] QtVision CVS doesn't compile on KDE 3.1.4

I checked, but my docs (KDE 3.2 Beta 2) don't tell me that it is only 
available since 3.2 (no "since: X.X" line at all in the constructor docs).

I'll fix it ASAP.
