DVB-X should be a bit of work. I already prepared the kdetv backend a bit for 
it (the channel characteristics are handled as property lists) but there are 
more things to do: You at least need a DVB channel scanner and a DVB channel 
properties window. And of course a DVB plugin that can handle mpeg decoding 
to make budget cards work. I don't know whether I will start working on this 
soon. Maybe there is a more hackish way to get DVB somewhat working...
