[Kwintv] New kdetv-0.8.0 package

I've just uploaded a new kdetv-0.8.0.tar.bz2 source package. The CODE HAS NOT 
CHANGED, so no need to redownload for "normal" users. Just an .lsm, a few 
fixes to the README and two old files removed.

The current CVS is tagged as kdetv_0_8_0.

I'll upload the tarball to ftp.kde.org soon. Then I'll wait for Herbert 
Graeber (Packman for kdetv SuSE rpms) and Zsolt (Debian) to create binaries. 
After that, I'll post an announcement on dot.kde.org.
