Oh... Hm... In that case. I've looked at your output again and came across 
the following lines:

qtvision: could not connect to socket
qtvision: Keine Berechtigung

This means that QtVision (the user starting it) does not have permission to 
access a socket of some sort. Can you try to start this as root to see 
what happens then?

Another thing is that the services are not found which looks to me as if at 
least some of the files are not properly installed. Did you do a "make 
install"? If so, check if you have something in your 
$KDEDIR/share/services/qtvision/ directory.

I'm still no expert in that area, QtVision pretty much worked for me from 
day one so that's why I don't exactly know what problems may occur :-).
