[Kwintv] Compile Errors

Hmmm maybe i jumped too fast. I did a make clean and a reconfigure and it 
cleared up. Interestingly though....i compiled it the second time as root. 
That is, a user that doesnt have the path information set as recommended by 
the CVS build guide while it was failing with the regular user that had such 
information set. Hmmm. Maybe this information and it's fix will be useful to 
the developsers and the list anyways. 

BTW all the data in the kwintv3 directory was owned by the non-root user so I 
have no clue why it would fail as him, but succeed as root.
