You should send patches to the list to avoid situations like this.
AFAIK George pretty busy nowadays.

With the only drawback being that it is KDE only. But I find that a serious
fault. (I mentioned that to Gav Wood (even with some suggestions), but he
said he is not interested in non-KDE apps).
But since qtvision is targeted to KDE users mostly I think it would be okay to
remove the old code - which works but is far from perfect.

I have proposed the same change long time ago, but some people had not liked
it.
You can use the 'Set channel' button, or you can double click the channel if
you want to switch to it.

I merged that. Will commit soon.

Unfortunately that brokes compilation on my box (and probably on many others,
since nobody complained yet).
You probably need to add a configure check for this.
What version of zvbi do you have?
