[Kwintv] X includes

Thanks again. Although "locate art_lgpl_2" shows two files only,
-> /usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.2.3.11
-> /usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.2
after installing libart_lgpl-devel the "make && make install" step 
completed successfully.
"qtvision" can be executed now.
