Well, it doesn't seems to find the library art_lgpl_2
Has it been mentioned in the output of the configure script?

Is it installed?
On my system "locate art_lgpl_2" yields: 

/usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.a
/usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.la
/usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so
/usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.2
/usr/lib/libart_lgpl_2.so.2.3.12
