Heres the page I had my info from:
http://www.fucu.cjb.net

It has links to a couple of Windows programs, both with source code:
http://mitglied.lycos.de/nooperation/hVCPlus/index.html

http://deinterlace.sourceforge.net/downloads.htm

Not being a programmer, I dont know if the source to those is good enough
documentation on how they achieve the colour inversion.
Let me know if you can get anything out of this.
Otherwise I will have a bit more of a dig around and see what I can find.
My provider is Optus, so while there is no encryption to worry about, they
do invert colours.

Thanks!
Jeff
