This a quickie on this - I've just set up qtvision under mandrake 9.1. Same problem with no devices listed initally - its definitely to do with the environment settings for KDE. Do kde-config --prefix and use the result of that as your KDEDIR. In my case this was /usr. Program looks cool so far :) Thanks, Colm
