[Kwintv] users problems

Hello,
I have installed KWinTV and it works under root without problems. But I 
have 3 users on my system, and when I am logged as a regular user KWinTV 
starts.. there is audio.. but video stops ( freezes ). I have to chmod 
some devices ( probably ).. Can you help me, please.
