[Kwintv] teletext compilation

Hi!

I had some compile problems with the teletext code. It did not compile because 
of the next line:
#define $ (void *)

gcc complained about invalid variable name could not be used for a macro name

I have fixed that in my local tree, tough did not want to commit. But at my 
last commit I did not take care, and committed my changes.
I know it was experimental code, so sorry for causing cvs conflicts.
Rich! If you want it, I will revert my changes.
