[Kwintv] Up to date list of things to do

Please check out the qtvision laundry list in kwintv3/qtvision/LAUNDRY.  I 
have updated it to list all the major things on my list of what needs to be 
fixed immediately so we can finalise for a beta and then 1.0 release.  It 
would be great if I could get some feedback on this, and of course, patches 
and fixes in CVS are always welcome. :-)  I'm focussing on the v4l plugin 
almost exclusively right now.  There are lots of things to do there though.
