Attached is a patch to western-europe.xml with western-europe channel
frequencies taken from the xawtv sources. They make things work for me.

I think someone, at some stage, should take a look at src/frequencies.c
in the xawtv sources and grab them all for kwintv. It will probably save
a lot of work instead of reinventing the wheel (finding all the correct
chan freqs).

By the way: I hope that new snapshots of the source (like the
kwintv-alpha1 snapshot) will be created, since I cannot make the CVS
version work (as stated in a previous post to the list).
