[Kwintv] qtvision and v4l module

this is in XFree86. Read the README for details. You have to put the
line:
Load "v4l"
into the modules section of your XF86Config (or XF86Config-4) file. You must
have the bttv module loaded when you start X too. Also, make sure you
installed qtvision into $KDEDIR, not /usr/local/ or some other place. KDE
needs to find the servicetypes and plugins.
