Hi!

I have just inadvertently commited some changes by a wrong  cvs commit 
message.
I have planned to do two separate commits, but have forgotten to do that.

So if anybody was wondering my changes do add support for saving the TV mode 
window position and size. (though that is not perfect, since sometimes the 
frame is added to the position and sometimes not - but it is better than 
nothing).
I have also fixed a bug that when changing to TV mode the second time the 
WStyle_Tool window property was not retained.
