   Well that's sort of where we are already.  We haven't had new features in 
quite a while, and I'm not inclined to really accept many for a while longer.

   The document in cvs is mostly complete afaik.  There are some small bugs 
which are "obvious" and unlisted I'm sure, but they'll be tracked down 
eventually.  Anyone who is interested in working on it should look there.  
Also, if it's not your code originally, it might be best to start posting 
patches to the list for non-trivial fixes.
