[Kwintv] Next alpha release.

I was curious to know when the next alpha release might be available.  I'm 
currently trying to get the CVS compiled and working, but I'm having compile 
errors on RedHat 7.3 with KDE 3.1.  I updated both autoconf and automake to 
acceptable versions and thing try to compile, but I get errors.

This is the result of a 'make' in the kwintv directory.

I was thinking that this is obviously some sort of missing include or 
incorrect  QT version, but that's just a guess on my part.   I would really 
like to get my TV Tuner working again, so any help would be much appreciated.
