Hm... I don't know how to help anymore... Just for the fun of it you shou=
ld=20
try to compare the contents of /opt/kde2/share/apps/kwintv and=20
/opt/kde3/share/apps/kwintv. Is there any difference? What are the=20
permissions of the files? Do they match?
