Preparing release announcement for version 0.40.0

Hi,

I've written a blog post for announcing KTechLab 0.40.0. Please review
its draft below:

The source code of the release is tagged in git and uploaded to KDE
FTP, see here:

http://download.kde.org/unstable/ktechlab/ktechlab-0.40.0.tar.xz.mirrorlist


Also uploaded the release to sourceforge:

If the release announcement blog post is OK, I propose to send
announcement to  kde-announce-apps at kde.org , sometimes in the second
half of next week.
