[Ktechlab-devel] Source for v.0.3.7 release uploaded to sourceforge

  It's in the files section; please test it.

  Method to recreate the file: download the 0.3.7 branch, run make -f  
Makfile.cvs to generate configure, then archive the results.

  There is a problem with the permisssions of the files in the admin  
directory, which makes the configure generation fail with autotools not  
found error.

  Also it would be useful to build some packages for various distributions.
