i wish to create a decoder subcirute since :

how can i create "one icon" for that decoder that will:

allow me to choose from diffrent options (2 *4,3*8,4*16 etc ...)

also how can i change how it is shown :

if i create a subcirute i don't know how to change it title (what is
written on the "box")
