[Ktechlab-devel] Simulation bugs.

  Is there a central repository for simulation bugs or suspected  
bugs?  Or do we just send them to the mailing list?  Is there a  
preferred format for dumping them in, or do we just send the circuit  
file and a screenshot illustrating the problem?  Thanks. :-)  I hope  
the problem is not my electronics, but I have a whole bunch of  
seemingly phantom emf arriving from nowhere and powering up circuits  
that shouldn't be alive.
