How to get new LibRaw to work with Kstars?

I also installed ver. 0.21.3 of LibRaw. Unfortunately, the symlink to this
version (named libraw.so.20 in the /usr/lib/aarch64... directory) although
noted by kStars generates an error:

 What am I doing wrong?
