KStars PO build error

Hello everyone,

KDE decided it is best to include the po directory directly in GIT. This
has now caused a build error:
https://invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/jobs/506504

Anyone know what could be causing this issue? I emailed the KDE doc mailing
list about this as well.
