Bug in flats capturing

Hi,

I've noticed since I upgraded (on 3.5.8 currently - Upgrading now to 3.5.9)
that my flats captures are problematic with saving the filter used into the
FITs file (sometimes it works, mostly it doesn't). I see there's a bug
logged but marked not reproducible. Since I can see this pretty easily in
my setup I thought I might take a look. Can anyone point me to the code
that deals with the flats capture & saving (my lights are 100% fine) so I
can get a head start into looking into what might be wrong?
