KStars Lite Telrad size

Hello everyone,

Please checkout this bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=409775

It's a low-hanging fruit, but requires some investigation. Either the Sun
angular size is wrong, or the Telrad angular size is. Which one is and how
to get it fixed?

This is the perfect bug to get to learn about KStars development and on
Android as well.
