KStars Code format style

Hello,

Just pushed a HUGE commit to change coding style of KStars to a unified
one. I used astyle (Artistic Style) with the following options:

-A1
-W3
-k2
-S
-xG
-C

So please start conforming to this code format from now on so that it is
consistent across the code base. For more information, check here:
