Valentin Boettcher just successfully completed the junior task: Investigate
NEOs

I just pushed his first KStars commit into GIT. In addition to fixing NEOs
issues, Valentin added "Waiting for Server Response" to FileDownloader.
While it is a small change, it has a significant impact on usability.
