[Kstars-devel] GSoC applicants: Please double-check that you have uploaded your PDF proposals!

Dear GSoC applicants:

Please upload PDF proposals. Having a draft proposal on Google Docs is
not sufficient and cannot be accepted. Here is the excerpt from an
email from the organizers at Google:

"Students must submit a Final PDF proposal before the deadline or your
org will not be able to select them as a student.
Students without Final PDF proposals cannot be accepted, and there
will be no exceptions."

So if you haven't done this step, we cannot select you even if we
desperately want you.
