Hello Gaurav,

Please check the KDE on Windows <https://windows.kde.org/> initiative, and
also building KStars on Windows
<https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Edu/KStars/Building_KStars_on_Windows>
wiki. Basically, get KStars master compiled on Windows with all the
required dependencies and make a single simple installer. You also need to
utilize ASCOM to control telescopes as there is no INDI support under
Windows for now. Hope that helps!
