[Kstars-devel] Clipping in KStars

The artificial horizon is a new feature I'm working on to mark certain
areas (set by the user) that are "blocked" from his/her vantage point (e.g.
tall trees). I already made some progress and was able to construct a
projector polygen covering the visible sky map limits and it appears to be
working, but needs more testing.
