[Kstars-devel] GSoC 2016 ideas?

Dear Julien

I'm one more active user of the Alt vs. Time tool. I know there are a
lot of bugs that plague it (for example, the sunset / sunrise times
are many a time wrong for me), and improvements that could be made. If
you could list them out (especially the bugs) and provide any
debugging information you can, that would greatly help.
