[Kstars-devel] GSoC 2013 announced

Hi

GSoC 2013 is announced. Hopefully, KDE will be participating -- we
don't know for sure yet.

For KStars -- I don't know if we, KStars, should participate. I
probably will not mentor this year. I'd rather use the time (if I
have) for cleaning up the code myself.

One of the dangers I see with KStars is, while we've become very
feature-full, we haven't really fixed our bugs and code, so I think I
should spend more time on that, before things go out of control.

And yes, I know I still have a lot of mail to reply to, but I've been
busy typesetting logbooks -- I'll share the results once I'm done.
